Data Deletion Instructions

Workspace owners can request deletion of their EcomSeller account, operating records, and stored integration credentials.

Last updated August 17, 2026

Request deletion

  1. Email support@ecomseller.co from the workspace owner’s registered business email.
  2. Use the subject “EcomSeller data deletion request” and include the workspace or business name.
  3. We will verify authority to protect the account from an unauthorized deletion.
  4. After verification, we will confirm the deletion scope and begin processing.

We target completion within 30 days. We will notify the requester when active-system deletion is complete or explain any lawful retention requirement.

What is deleted

  • Workspace profile and member access records.
  • Stored Amazon and Keepa authorization credentials.
  • Supplier imports, opportunity records, notes, and uploaded evidence.
  • Fulfillment workflow data controlled by EcomSeller.

Limited retention

We may retain limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or enforcement of agreements. Backup copies are removed through the normal secure backup rotation and are not restored for routine product use.

Revoke Amazon access

Separately, an Amazon seller can remove EcomSeller authorization from the Manage Your Apps area in Seller Central. Revocation stops future API access. To remove information already stored in EcomSeller, also submit the deletion request above.
