1. Agreement and eligibility
By accessing EcomSeller, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be authorized to act for the business account you register and legally able to enter a binding agreement.
2. Service
EcomSeller provides software for organizing wholesale supplier data, researching catalog opportunities, estimating fees and demand, documenting sourcing evidence, and coordinating fulfillment workflows. Features and data sources may evolve as the service is updated.
Research results, sales estimates, price history, fee estimates, supplier status, and profitability projections are decision-support inputs—not guarantees of future sales, profit, listing eligibility, Amazon approval, or account safety.
3. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate account, supplier, cost, tax, shipping, and product information.
- Verify listing eligibility, product authenticity, supply-chain documentation, and applicable law before purchasing or selling.
- Maintain valid Amazon, Keepa, supplier, and prep-provider permissions.
- Protect user credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
- Comply with Amazon policies and the terms of every connected service.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape beyond documented features, evade source-system limits, infringe intellectual property, or use EcomSeller for unlawful, deceptive, counterfeit, or abusive activity.
5. Connected services and Amazon
Connected services are governed by their own terms. You authorize us to exchange information with a connected service only as needed for the features you select. EcomSeller is not Amazon, is not endorsed by Amazon, and does not control Amazon reviews, restrictions, suspensions, data availability, fees, or marketplace decisions.
6. Subscriptions and billing
Launch is $44 monthly or $336 annually; Growth is $116 monthly or $1,176 annually; Scale is $296 monthly or $2,796 annually. All amounts are in USD, excluding applicable taxes shown at checkout. Annual monthly equivalents are comparison figures; the full annual amount is charged once per year.
Paid subscriptions begin only when you complete checkout. They renew automatically at the selected monthly or annual interval until canceled. You can cancel future renewal through Plans & billing in your EcomSeller account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Contact support with billing disputes or refund requests; applicable statutory rights are unaffected.
Available payment options are displayed in the app. Stripe provides card checkout and its billing portal; PayPal provides subscription approval and automatic-payment management when enabled. You are charged only after authorizing a paid subscription.
7. Intellectual property and feedback
EcomSeller and its software, design, and brand are protected by law. You retain rights to your business records. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process those records for the service. You may provide feedback, which we may use without an obligation to you.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend access to protect the service, respond to legal or security risk, or address a material Terms violation. You may stop using the service and request deletion at any time.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” EcomSeller disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from sourcing, inventory, marketplace, or account decisions.
